"I have hope of getting my waist back as I have lost 2 inches in the first 2 weeks! The group is small and supportive of one another. The practitioners are informative and provide positive reinforcement."

Megan Roberts, RN

Megan came to Forum Health, formally Seasons Wellness, in 2019 as an experienced nurse and wellness coach. Megan’s passion for helping others find their best health in all the seasons of their lives began after the birth of her son. This passion led her to attend a year-long Health Coaching Course with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She prides herself in guiding and coaching patients through their healing journey and advocating for her patient’s optimal quality of life. She offers individual and group coaching, as well as 15 minute health advisor calls.

Carrie Malkmus, Nutritionist

Carrie earned her undergraduate degree in dietetics from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in nutrition from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After being diagnosed with Lyme disease, Carrie learned firsthand how diet impacts chronic disease and overall inflammation and how even “healthy foods” can trigger inflammation in someone with underlying health issues.  She became a Certified LEAP therapist specializing in food sensitivity and enjoys helping others get their health back through dietary and lifestyle changes targeted to their individual bodies.  She is available for one-on-one nutrition counseling, instruction, and accountability.
